SERVICE POLICIES

Quin Salon & Spa provides a 100% No-Risk Guarantee on all our services within 1 week after they were received. We want our clients to be super pleased with all our services. If you’re not completely satisfied, we will redo the same service provided at no additional cost. However, all services are final and No Refunds can be granted. If you ever have any questions or concerns about our work, please call us right away. Quin Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances happen and you may need to change or reschedule your appointment.  We require a minimum 24 hour cancellation of all services.  If 24-hour notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee.  Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice.  This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Please let us know if a product does not meet your expectations so that we may be able to suggest an alternative to fit your needs.  We guarantee your satisfaction with our products up to 3 days from the date of purchase.  Product may be exchanged within 3 days. Clip-ons and Halo extensions pieces are final sale. All hair extensions orders requires 50% down payment.

SALON PRICING

  • All prices will be customized to density, texture and length
  • Prices vary between stylist based of experience and certification
  • Payment of all services are due upon completion.  Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Quin Salon & Spa gift cards.
  • Some services require deposits to hold large blocks of time.
  • Hair extension services require 50% deposit to pre order hair extensions, all deposits will be applied to the final balance.
  • Deposits are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation time.
  • Service prices are subject to change without notice.

GRATUITIES

Our team is always grateful for the acknowledgement of extraordinary service that is symbolized by a gratuity.

GIFT CARDS  

  • Must present Gift Card at time of check-out.
  • Gift Cards are valid for products or services from Quin Salon & Spa and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Quin Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

Please be aware Quin Salon & Spa will be featured throughout the day. on all Social Media outlets including (instagram, snapchat, facebook, you tube, pinterest, etc.).   We are grateful for our friends that are excited to share their story, amazing hair, trendy fashion and love teaching others how to become the best version of you.

REMEMBER

  • Quin Salon & Spa is a high traffic salon. Please remember there is a possibility of color stains, we provide robes to minimize this risk.
  • Please avoid any color throughout the salon that may damage clothing, purses, shoes, etc.…
  • Quin Salon & Spa is not responsible for any damage or stained clothing, shoes, purses etc….
  • Quin Salon & Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, including jewelry.
  • Quin Salon & Spa provides services for men, women and kids. Parents will be expected to pay for excessive damage caused by their child. We are not responsible for personal injury occur to children. Please avoid bringing kids to appointments that take several hours.
  • At all-time please be aware of your surroundings.  

DISCLAIMERS

All offers given by Quin Salon & Spa cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions and may change, be modified or cancelled at any time without notice. For all complimentary products, tax will be added at check-out. Price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

$5 will be credited to your account for each referral of friends and family. Must be first time guest at Quin Salon & Spa. The guest MUST write your name on their client profile for proper credit to be given. No retroactive referral credit will be given.
