MIA QUINTANA

Master Stylist / Owner

Mia Quintana has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, working and honing her distinctive skills as a professional hair stylist. She completed her education and obtained her Arizona Cosmetologist and Barber licenses in the early 2000’s. In 2012, she opened Mia’s Hair Studio in the fashionable Down Town Scottsdale, and in 2016 the demand insisted she expand to her current location. Mia is a creative master stylist and colorist as well as a master in precision hair cutting for women, men and kids. Her experience goes beyond trendy hair color, balayage, precision hair cutting, eyelash extensions, hair extensions and special occasion styles and makeup for Brides and Quinceañeras among others. Throughout her career, Mia have completed numerous certifications in different areas of the beauty industry. The incomparable dedication to her trade, allows her to listen and understand her clients desires and needs, transforming words into art.

SIERRA KURTZ

Senior Stylist

Sierra’s passion for hair started at a young age learning how to tame her curls and that blossomed into her dream career. She attended Aveda Institute Phoenix where she graduated with a license in cosmetology and over 1600 hours of hands on training. Throughout her journey so far Sierra have gained so much knowledge on precision cutting, color theory, many types of extensions and styling including bridal and event looks. Starting before her career in cosmetology, also gained much knowledge on skincare through her background in the medical field at a surgical and cosmetic dermatology center in Scottsdale Arizona. Sierra has combined the medical knowledge and her creativity to hone in her unique skills to create beautiful haircuts, color and styles as well as beautiful skin and makeup transformations. Her creativity, patience and dedication translates into amazing results.

Bridgette Mendoza

Certified Laser Technician

Bridgette Mendoza is a native Arizonian, originally from Douglas, AZ and was raised in the Phoenix area. She started her career in the education field, while she loved helping students graduate, she wanted to pursue her true passion and started her career in the aesthetics field in 2019. She continued her education at Paradise Valley Community College in General Business. Shortly after, Bridgette obtained her Laser Certification from National Laser Institute in 2020. She started her own Laser Hair Removal business in 2021 while also working at Center for Aesthetic and Laser Medicine to continue her knowledge in the aesthetic, cosmetic and skin dermatology industry for the last 5 years. During this time, Bridgette was working directly under the supervision and training of experienced Medical Doctors. Bridgette is also a member of ASLMS (American Society of Laser Medicine) and has attended 60+ hours of medical laser training under ASLMS. She is also certified with Crown Aesthetics to perform Microneedling with the FDA cleared “SkinPen”.
